The Intuit QuickBooks Online Blog has a good post about improvements to Bank Feeds:
1. Recognized transactions are now Green
2. You can now have multiple conditions when recognizing transactions by add "or".
3. You can turn off Automatic Recognition for a Vendor.
At the first ever QuickBooks conference, Brad Smith, Inuit CEO, believes that the time saving aspects of QuickBooks Online can be a catalyst for change in small businesses.
“If the average small business could raise their profit margin by just 2.5%, that would generate an extra $500 a month for every small business, and that would add over $300B directly to all of our local economies,” declares Smith.

In a recent article in Fortune online, Intuit has stated that their plan is to transition 73% of their desktop user's to cloud subscriptions. Intuit has made strategic acquisitions recently to help them do that.
The article cite's competition from Xero and Freshbooks, but most of my new clients are transitioning to QuickBooks from the competition, not the other way around.
